It is pretty bad when Dr. Tom Wiggins Debarks his
clinic dog! The poor dog who lives at the clinic to be a blood donor to other dogs had his vocal chords cut by Dr. Tom Wiggins because he barked too much! If he does this to his clinic dog, what is he doing to yours ???????
